(Please! Can I Go The F$@K To Sleep?!!!)
The inability to consistently get the required 8 hours of sleep our bodies and minds need has reached epidemic numbers. Our fast-paced lifestyles, our addiction to flat screens and the disruption to life as we’ve known it, contribute to our sleeplessness. What can we do? How can we cope? In this course we will dive into the physiology of sleep, describe and define the different phases of sleep, and the importance of cycling through these different phases to let our bodies and brains get the rest and reset they need. We will discuss common causes of sleeplessness and of course, a myriad of interventions and protocols to help induce the healing state of sleep. Finally, we will discuss our favorite herbal protocols for assisting in inducing a good night’s rest.
This class meets December 9 & 10th, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM with the option for a third class on December 16th at the same time.
Class size is limited due to the fact that we will be filming for an online course launch in late December/early January.
